Yesterday I went down to MacAulay on an appointment. I was bowled over once again by the MacAulay atmosphere. This is what i experienced….
….Moms and kids on bicycles, people walking in the street, kids on skate boards, babies, teens, singles and grandparents in the parks and on the lawns at the lake with and without their dogs. Folks on rocking chairs on their front porches, dogs being walked and babies in push chairs. Men throwing frisbee's and ball games. I experienced the most wonderful happy vibe in this great Huntersville NC neighborhood. The sun was shining, the Spring was out in full force and the community was too!
One of the most beautiful things about MacAulay is the open space. There are parks, some with water features, some with kiddies play equipment and some with tall trees offering shade and comfort from the spring heat. There is a magnificent lake with rolling lawns. Park benches dotted about offering a moment to take in the beauty.
The homes in MacAulay price points begin around $200,000 and go up to the $400,000's. There are homes of every shape and size. From compact to spacious homes, lake front and tree lined streets. It does not matter where in MacAulay you live - you will have the most incredible lifestyle if you allow yourself that pleasure.
Not only is MacAulay close to the shops, there is a school close by and then its a short trip to Lake Norman and another type of "playground."
